Chespirito, also known as Roberto Gomez Bolanos, was a Mexican-American writer, actor, director, and comedian who was worth $50 million at the time of his death.
Roberto Gomez Bolanos, who goes by the name Chespirito, was born in Mexico City, Mexico, in 1929 and died on November 28, 2014 at the age of 85.
He pursued an engineering degree at the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
After starting his writing profession, Chespirito secured a position to write and feature in comedy shows for children, with his debut episode being “Los Supergenios de la Mesa Cuadrada” in 1968.
