A former motorcycle racer from Spain named Fonsi Nieto has a net worth of $20 million.
Nieto was born in Madrid, Spain in 1978.
Fonsi’s interest in Grand Prix motorcycle road racing was sparked by his uncle, ngel Nieto, who had also become a champion.
He was crowned the winner of the Spanish 125cc race in 1998 and the 250cc race in 1999 and 2000, respectively.
The Spaniard’s career took a big step forward and he went on to compete in the 250cc World Championship in both 1999 and 2000.
He came in 14th place overall on a Yamaha TZ250.
During the 2001 World Championship tour, Nieto achieved a fourth-place finish and also had two late-season podium finishes.
In 2002, he moved up to 2nd place behind Marco Melandri. He then dropped to 5th place in 2003 and then to 7th place again in 2004.
In the 2005 Superbike World Championship, Nieto became a member of the Caracchi Ducati team in the following year.
He was only able to secure two top 10 finishes in the same season.
He spent two seasons as a player for PSG-Kawasaki.
In the second race of the 2006 season, Nieto’s new team secured a podium finish at Assen.
In 2008, he became a member of Alsatre Suzuki and emerged victorious in the first round of the world super bike race in Qatar.
In 2009, he raced with the team for an additional year due to teammate Max Neukirchner’s injury.
