An Indian billionaire, Kushal Pal Singh, is a multi-millionaire who has amassed a fortune of $4.8 billion.
Kushal Pal Singh Teotia (K.P.) was born.
The Chairman and CEO of DLF Limited, the largest real estate developer in India, was Singh, who was born in Bulandshahar, India on November 15, 1931.
After graduating from Meerut College, he pursued a career in Aeronautical Engineering in the UK, and the British Officers Services Selection Board, UK, selected him for the Indian Army.
It was not until 1979 that K.P.
Following its merger with American Universal Electric Company, Singh took over as Managing Director of DLF Universal Limited, which became the world’s largest real estate company that is located in a vast area of over 10,000 acres in Gurgaon, also known as DLF City.
Moreover, Singh holds the position of Chairman and Director at 31 private companies that operate in various sectors of the economy.
