The Russian entrepreneur Mikhail Abyzov is worth $1 billion.
Mikhail Abyzov, a co-founder and board member of E4 Group, is recognized as one of the major private construction subcontractors in Russia’s energy industry.
He was born in Minsk on June 3, 1972, and began his entrepreneurial journey in the early 1990s while studying at Moscow State University.
At that time, he was mainly importing food products from Bulgaria.
He has had the opportunity to serve as a top executive for numerous Russian-based companies, including those in the fuel and power sectors, since 1993. In the mid-2000s, he acquired various engineering and construction companies, which he subsequently combined to create his E4 Group.
Abyzov was designated as the Chairman of the group’s board in July 2007, and within a month, he was appointed as the Chairman of the board of directors in Mostotrest.
Abyzov has recently entered the political arena.
Since May 2012, he has been a member of the Russian Federation’s cabinet as Minister for Open Government affairs in Dmitry Medvedev’s Cabinet.
