Frans Bauer was born in the Netherlands in December 1973.
In 1987, he released his debut single “Are You Young” and gained fame in Fijnaart.
“If Stars Are in the Heavens” was Bauer’s first hit song and was featured on the TV show All You Need is Love in 1994. Bauer’s album Because I Love You and his collaboration with Marianne Weber propelled his duet “The Rainbow” to number one in the Netherlands.
In 2003, he made an appearance on the reality TV show De Bauers.
As a representative for the charity Villa Parodes, Frans Bauer was inducted into the Knight of the Order of Orange-Nassau in 2004.
